Truax & Company, New York, with October 1890 patent date in very good as found condition, as shown in photos. Also has number hallmark on handle. As pictured, with areas of discoloration to finish. Extremely sharp. A great medical collectible to complete your field surgeons kit. About 14” long. Please see photos.
