    NGC authenticated and graded MS 60 BN. Chocolate and steel patina with traces of faded mint red underneath and in the protected areas. There are specks of old
    oxidation
    visible with a glass on the obverse, not enough to prevent the straight grade by NGC. Breen Die State IX or X, Manley Die State 4.0-5.0 with several die breaks, bulges, and cracks across the obverse. Traces of undertype, likely from a T.A.L. token, is
    visible
    on the lower left obverse. 1 above 1, plain edge. A very nice example of this late die state.
