    Description

    PCGS authenticated and graded XF 40. Light chocolate and olive with a couple crimson spots on the obverse and a splash of steel around the right wreath branch. There are only trivial marks to speak of on either side, with a minor planchet flaw on the rim above STATES, and a die break seen through the wreath branches diagonally above HALF. Smooth, attractive surfaces. Plain Edge, no Pole.
