Description

PCGS authenticated and graded F 15.  Pleasing light brown tone. A few minor marks, the most notable being a couple rim bumps over the last S in STATES and the last A in AMERICA. Reverse rotated 20 degrees clockwise, as usual. Manley Die State 3.0, Large Edge Letters. Based on EAC grades, this piece is tied for seventh finest known. A very nice example for the grade.
